Shipping. All books are shipped to one address only.  Books are best shipped via the Post Office‚Äôs ‚Äúbook rate.‚Äù We can ship via truck, UPS or Federal Express but do not recommend them for long distances, as the rates are considerably higher. Shipping is FOB Oakland. Shortages or non-receipt must be reported to us within 30 days of the order date.
